Return & Refund Policy

Aurosus is committed to providing a transparent and fair return experience for our customers worldwide.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Free Returns for United States Orders

We offer free return shipping for orders delivered within the United States.

For eligible U.S. returns within 30 days:

• A prepaid return shipping label will be provided after RMA approval

• No restocking fee will be charged

3. International Returns (Outside the United States)

For orders delivered outside the United States:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• We do not reimburse customs duties or import taxes

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all international returns.

4. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused

• The item must be in original condition

• All original packaging and accessories must be included

• Proof of purchase is required

• Returns are accepted for new products only

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return if opened or used:

• Mouthpieces

• Reeds

• Cleaning and maintenance supplies

• Products marked as “Final Sale”

These exceptions are clearly stated prior to purchase.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo documentation.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day return period, subject to product availability.

8. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require prior approval.

Customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting:

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

9. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Financial institutions may require additional processing time.

10. Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
