1. 30-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Costs
For all orders (domestic and international):
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items
Free return shipping is provided if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We do not reimburse customs duties or import taxes
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns
3. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused
The item must be in original condition
All original packaging and accessories must be included
Proof of purchase is required
Returns are accepted for new products only
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return if opened or used:
Mouthpieces
Reeds
Cleaning and maintenance supplies
Products marked as "Final Sale"
These exceptions are clearly stated prior to purchase.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide photo documentation
After verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including free return shipping
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day return period, subject to product availability.
7. Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns require prior approval.

9. Refund Processing

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
