Aurosus DC-7 Plateau Bb Clarinet – Ebony Body, Silver-Plated Keys, Designed for Small Hands
The DC-7 is a Bb plateau (covered-key) soprano clarinet designed for beginner students, saxophonists doubling on clarinet, and players with smaller hands or narrow fingers. The covered-key system allows finger placement over any part of the key cup rather than needing to seal an open hole directly — reducing the precision required and making it easier to produce a clean tone from the first lesson.

1. 30-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We do not reimburse customs duties or import taxes
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns
3. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused
The item must be in original condition
All original packaging and accessories must be included
Proof of purchase is required
Returns are accepted for new products only
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return if opened or used:
Mouthpieces
Reeds
Cleaning and maintenance supplies
Products marked as "Final Sale"
These exceptions are clearly stated prior to purchase.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide photo documentation
After verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day return period, subject to product availability.
