Return & Refund Policy

Aurosus is committed to providing a transparent and fair return process.


1. 30-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, regardless of whether the item is defective.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original condition

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Returns are accepted for new products only


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return if opened or used:

  • Mouthpieces

  • Reeds

  • Cleaning and maintenance supplies

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

These exceptions are clearly stated prior to purchase.


4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the same 30-day return period, subject to product availability.


5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo documentation.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.


6. Return Shipping

Returns are processed by mail.

Return label: Download and print

No restocking fee will be charged.


7. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require prior approval.

Customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting:

support@aurosusstore.com

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.


8. Return Address

All approved returns must be sent to our logistics center located in:

Tianjin, China

Detailed return instructions will be provided via email after RMA approval.


9. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Financial institutions may require additional processing time.


10. Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
